Pricing
Frigid provides a monthly subscription fee charged per ferment/glycol tank.
As a general rule, a weekly charge of $8-12 / tank can be expected, with the actual cost dropping down to $6-8 / tank from the pulse cooling energy savings generated. If you have solar – this can drop even further!
With energy prices increasing, our mission is to provide Breweries an automation service paired with sustainability savings that becomes cashflow generating. We are already on our way!!
*Tank pricing is dependent on a number of factors, including size of the brewery.
Energy offsets are based on case study evidence, each brewery is different and can expect varying energy savings.
Hardware
Our modern cloud computing hardware requirements are Brewery specific. An average brewery however could expect between $3,500 to $4,000 in hardware charges which can be paid over a number of months so you can pay as you go.
Note, Frigid provides a 1 month free trial period with hardware to be paid only if the Brewery continues with the service. We believe in our product so much that you can try before you buy.
No-Lock-In
We get it. Business is tough and you don’t want to overcommit. We have you covered!
Frigid has a no lock in term with a monthly “auto renewal” contract, for whatever reason, simply provide 4 weeks notice and your subscription will stop.

Installation
Frigid requires a licensed electrician to install the hardware. Our preference is for an authorised Frigid installer to completed works however will work with your local qualified Electrician to install Frigid should you wish.
Every brewery is different, installations are therefore priced once site is inspected (ie in person or via photographs).
As an indicative guide, a Frigid installer will install the hardware required within 1 day.

Frigid is a smart refrigeration control solution for the brewing industry. Frigid allows brewers to measure, control, and program individual tank chilling parameters using any web enabled device.
In breweries, the return of glycol from beer tanks often has a similar temperature to the outgoing glycol, reducing refrigeration system efficiency. Frigid’s pulse cooling module addresses this issue by using a “batch” cooling approach, where cold glycol is pumped into the cooling jacket, providing more contact time for temperature exchange and resulting in a 20 – 25% energy saving.
